In this paper, triangular cubic hesitant fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (TCHFEWA) operator, triangular cubic hesitant fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted averaging (TCHFEOWA) operator and triangular cubic hesitant fuzzy Einstein hybrid weighted averaging (TCHFEHWA) operator are proposed. An approach to multiple attribute group decision making with linguistic information is developed based on the TCHFEWA and the TCHFEHWA operators. Furthermore, we establish various properties of these operators and derive the relationship between the proposed operators and the existing aggregation operators. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the application of the established approach.

In this paper, the use of the Fermatean fuzzy number (FFN) in a significant research problem of disaster decision-making by defining operational laws and score function is demonstrated. Generally, decision control authorities need to brand suitable and sensible disaster decisions in the direct conceivable period as unfitting decisions may consequence in enormous financial dead and thoughtful communal costs. To certify that a disaster comeback can be made, professionally, we propose a new disaster decision-making (DDM) technique by the Fermatean fuzzy Schweizer-Sklar environment. First, the Fermatean fuzzy Schweizer-Sklar operators are employed by decision-makers to rapidly analyze their indefinite and vague assessment information on disaster choices. Then, the DDM technique based on the FFN is planned to identify highly devastating disaster choices and the best available choices. Finally, the proposed regret philosophy DDM technique is shown functional to choose the ideal retort explanation for a communal fitness disaster in Pakistan. The dominance and realism of the intended technique are further defensible through a relative study with additional DDM systems.

The cubic uncertain fuzzy linguistic variable can easily express the fuzzy information, and the power average (PA) operator is a useful tool which provides more versatility in the information aggregation procedure. In this paper, we will combine the PA operator and Einstein operations to cubic uncertain linguistic environment and propose some new PA operators. Firstly, the definition and some basic operations of cubic uncertain linguistic number, power aggregation (PA) operator and Einstein operations are introduced. Then, we propose cubic uncertain linguistic fuzzy powered Einstein averaging operator, cubic uncertain linguistic fuzzy powered Einstein weighted (CULFPEWA) operator, cubic uncertain linguistic fuzzy Einstein geometric operator and cubic uncertain linguistic fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (CULFPEWG) operator and discuss some properties of these in detail. Furthermore, we develop the decision-making methods for multi-attribute group decision-making problems with cubic uncertain linguistic information and give the detail decision steps. At last, an illustrate example is given to show the process of decision making and the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper, we construct an extended version of the TOPSIS method by using cubic information, and provide a numerical application to verify and demonstrate the practicality of the method. A new extension of the gray relation analysis (GRA) method is introduced by using cubic information. We also propose the cubic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making model, and the relation between the cubic TOPSIS method and the cubic gray relation analysis (CGRA) method is introduced. Finally, the proposed method is used for selection in sol–gel synthesis of titanium carbide nanopowders. In this paper, we describe the new idea of trapezoidal linguistic uncertain cubic fuzzy number. We discuss some basic operational laws of trapezoidal linguistic uncertain cubic fuzzy number and hamming distance of TrLUCFNs. We introduce the new concept of trapezoidal linguistic uncertain cubic fuzzy TOPSIS method. Furthermore, we extend the classical trapezoidal linguistic uncertain cubic fuzzy TOPSIS method to solve the MCDM method based on trapezoidal linguistic uncertain cubic fuzzy TOPSIS method. The new ranking method for TrLUCFNs is used to rank the alternatives. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify and prove the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Trapezoidal cubic fuzzy numbers (TzCFNs) are an extraordinary cubic fuzzy set on a real number set. TzCFNs are useful for dealing with well-known quantities in decision data and decision making problems themselves. This paper is about multi-attribute group decision making problems in which the attribute values are stated with TzCFNs, which are solved by developing a new decision method based on power average operators of TzCFNs. The new operation laws for TzCFNs are given. Hereby, the power average operator of real numbers is extended to four kinds of power average operators of TzCFNs, involving the power average operator of TzCFNs, the weighted power average operator of TzCFNs, the power ordered weighted average operator of TzCFNs, and the power hybrid average operator of TzCFNs. In the proposed group decision method, the individual overall evaluation values of alternatives are generated by using the power average operator of TzCFNs. Applying the hybrid average operator of TzCFNs, the specific general evaluation standards of alternatives are then combined into the collective ones, which are used to rank the alternatives. The example analysis shows the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Finally, the overall ranking of an alternative is obtained. This example is presented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
